Effective Realty Sites is the brainchild of Brian Kinash and Darren James Napier, we came together through our overlapping business interests providing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and various related services to a similar clientele base. The keys to this business venture were not our common services but rather our complimentary additional specialties.

Brian Kinash - is the lead developer and CEO of Kinash Digital Media Inc. (KDMI) his background and experience carry a strong focus on real estate websites, including a highly specialized skill with enhancing and customizing Point2 NLS Real Estate web sites. Brian's unique background regarding the Point2 website specialty stems from direct experience within Point2 itself where he once worked as a Systems Administrator maintaining the servers that host the Point2 infrastructure.

Darren James Napier - is a freelance SEO and SEM specialist, Darren has extensive experience with working with custom CPC or PPC campaigns, viral marketing techniques and organic search optimization. Darren's skill set in the arena of site analytical data gathering and mining set him apart in his ability to track and translate into understandable terms the implications of website traffic patterns.

Combining the individual skills with the ability to utilize each other as a sounding board with the ever changing elements involved in SEO and SEM efforts creates a "The Whole is greater than the sum of its parts" situation.
