Here's a too the point review of the new Point2 Sitebuilder. Why Point2 Why?

Sitebuilder is a separate unrelated website program through point2 that has nothing to do with your P2 Agent account other than that if you merge the accounts you can edit from within the same account login.

I really tried to approach this launch with optimism, I've crawled through the sitebuilder interface, played with the options and in the end am left feeling let down by Point2.

So it really does look like the glory days ended shortly after I quit working for Point2. No I don't mean it like that, I was simply a Systems Administrator there and just another cog in the machine of a company with immense potential and opportunity, a pool of some top thinkers in the industry filled with vision and backed by the commitment to create the ultimate platform for real estate agents and turn the online realty marketing world on it's head.

Recently we posted that we had a long term client return to us for SEO consultation and to take action to return his website to the top search engine rankings he once enjoyed.

What we didn't mention is that the sole reason his site was so far off page 1 was keyword stuffing, an abuse of utilizing desirable terms, excessively bolding said terms.

OK you've all heard the buzz about social media, apparently you just have to be on it to be a success today!

So the reality is there is a lot of hype around new technologies and their benefits to you the real estate agent, like clichés it's often based in fact, however it's never as simple as it seems is it.

In my last post  I mentioned that long term client Glen McPherson of the McPherson Group had returned to the fold as a Search Engine Optimization client of ours, we are proud to announce that withing 14 days of beginning the process Glens site has been returned to where it rightfully belongs - GOOGLE PAGE 1 !

The back story on why Glen had to return is simple, last year we had an extended shutdown, Glen had a desire to restructure the content of his site and to change the design slightly - actually I suspect the design change resulted from the new company not being familiar with editing our menus and found it easier to implement their own.
